Een Jaar Van Je Leven is a 24/7 reality show created by Talpa Entertainment Productions. It is streamed onto Videoland 24/7, and daily episodes are broadcasted on SBS6.
​
The show started off with 40 contestants moving into a barn, where they will spend the next year of their life if they manage to stay in the game and not get eliminated. The last contestant in the barn will go home with €1.000.000,-.
​
The contestants have to play games, do assignments and fight their homesickness. They have to behave, befriend, but also be aware. Who can they trust, and who will scheme their way to the grand prize?
